Understand Your Medical Coverage
Beck offers two medical plans for you to choose between – the HDHP HSA medical plan and the Surest PPO medical plan.
HSA Medical Plan
Surest Medical Plan
The Surest Medical Plan operates on a sliding copay basis, with copay amounts that vary by provider and service. By comparing options before receiving care, you may be able to lower your out-of-pocket costs. The plan has no deductible, and all copays count toward your annual out-of-pocket maximum.
Pharmacy
Your pharmacy coverage is now bundled with your medical plan, giving you one ID card, one plan, and an easier benefits experience. To help you understand your benefit options and make informed choices.

Through the Beck’s BeWell Benefit, you can access to 8 counseling sessions per issue, per year. You can also take advantage of up to 6 Wellbeing Coach visits to help with personal, professional or wellness goals. Beck's BeWell Benefit is free, confidential and available to your entire household. When logging in click "My Benefits" and enter “The Beck Group” as the organization.
